Naseeruddin Shah has received a lot of flak for his comment on yesteryear actor Rajesh Khanna. Twinkle Khanna, Dimple Kapadia and Salim Khan retorted to what Naseer called his personal opinion. But the actor has now come out and apologised for his remarks.
Recently, Akshay Kumar cleared the air over the controversy. During a recent interview when the Rustom actor was asked about Naseer’s opinion on his late father-in-law, he very calmly responded, “He (Naseer) apologised and it’s over. There is nothing, so don’t try to get something from me so that you (media) can write something.”
We are glad that the matter is now settled!
