Alia Bhatt Breaks Down After Receiving Birthday Present From Grandparents

 

Alia Bhatt, who is riding high on the success on Kapoor and Sons, has been busy as a bee with all the promotions and events organised for the film. The film’s release and subsequent reviews have won her several plaudits for her performance and her innate ability to select films, which are intrinsically memorable. 
The actress, who turned 23 recently, spent the whole day with family celebrating with her parents, grandparents and sisters Shaheen and Pooja among others. The sweetest gesture during the celebrations were shown by Alia’s maternal grandparents, Trudy and NN Razdan, who gave her a beautiful rendition of the birthday song with a harmonica and a violin. While grandma Trudy played the harmonica, grandpa played the violin. 
Naturally, the Bhatt household got all emotional and the sisters took to Instagram to post videos and their individual messages.
