New Delhi April 12: Alia Bhatt, who was last seen in ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Darlings’ has been riding high on the success of her films last year. Alia, who will soon be seen making her Hollywood debut with ‘Heart of Stone’ will be making her debut at one of the biggest fashion events of the year, Met Gala.

The Met Gala was established in 1948 by fashion publicist Eleanor Lambert as a fundraiser for the newly founded Costume Institute to mark the opening of its annual exhibit. This year’s theme for the event is titled ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty’, which will honor the artistic brilliance of the late designer and trace his evolution.

The actress will be wearing a Prabal Gurang outfit for the red carpet.

On a personal front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor soon became parents to a baby girl in November last year. They named their daughter Raha.

Alia and Ranbir married each other on April 14 last year. The two had been dating each other for quite many years especially since Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ went on floors. Alia Bhatt also has ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra which is being helmed by Farhan Akhtar.

Her projects ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘RRR’, ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Darlings’, were all major successes that were released in 2022. Alia also won many awards and accolades for her performance in these films last year.
