Bipasha Basu's changed workout schedule results in a brand new look

Mumbai,  Oct 23, 2016: Bipasha Basu is known to make fitness statements with style. With a strict gym routine, the dusky actress has a well toned body that she loves to flaunt. However, recently she changed her workout sessions and got more than just a good body. She has been attracting compliments for her new look and the actor admits that her current routine is the reason for this. She is now focussing on heavy weight training and cardio, while the actor who got married to Karan Singh Grover will be celebrating her first Diwali post marriage and has put going on a diet on hold for the time being.

However, once she is done with the Diwali celebrations, she plans to take her diet strictly again. Bipasha admits to being very disciplined with her schedule which needs loads of patience to achieve the good results that one can enjoy later. She says that since everybody has a different body type so each one has to find out the best work out that suits their health and get into that routine, to have a fit body.
