Ali Zafar’s brother was to make his debut soon
Recently, there were reports doing the rounds that Ali Zafar’s younger brother Danyal Zafar was all set to make his big Bollywood debut.
However, the ongoing political tension between India and Pakistan following the Uri attacks and the demand for a ban on Pakistani actors by the MNS has allegedly derailed his debut project, according to a report inBollywoodLife.com.
The report quoted a source who revealed that Danyal was to allegedly feature in a Karan Johar film that was to star Fawad Khan and Katrina Kaif. But the report said that fate of this film will be only determined on whether the government makes this political ban an official one.
Currently, the MNS has declared an open war against KJo and are protesting outside his Bandra residence. His next film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil stars Pakistani actor Fawad.
There were also rumours doing the rounds that Danyal was in talks with Yash Raj Films, but apparently, those plans are also on hold as of now.
