Mumbai Oct 26: After getting over the surprise wedding video release, fans of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are now scanning through the entire episode to discuss the couple’s hush-hush romance. Going by the social media reactions, all aren’t too pleased with the things they have seen and heard.

One clip in particular that has gained traction on Twitter, featured Deepika and Ranveer talking about the early stages of their romance, when they weren’t fully committed to each other. In her own words, Deepika said, “I wanted to be single for a while because I had come from difficult relationships. I was going through a phase where I said ‘I just don’t want to be attached, don’t want to be committed’. And I had fun! And then he comes along, so I didn’t commit, until he proposed to me. There was no ‘commitment as such. Even if we were technically allowed to see other people, we would just keep coming back to each other.”

While Deepika’s candid revelation about her initial relationship dynamics with Ranveer stirred various reactions, she also garnered support from fans who lauded her honesty and defended her choice.

The portion of the show has now gone viral with socail media users sharing the clip on their handles and ‘discussing’ the actress’ comment. However, not all reactions were supportive, as some individuals began trolling Deepika for her perspective on relationships. “So deepika just admitted their open relationship,” one commented.
