Famous Tamil Actress Rakhi Sawant Wants PM Narendra Modi to Ban Ceiling Fans

 

Following the suicide of TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee, the Cine And TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) has decided to start counseling sessions with actors to help them overcome failures and depression. Further, Rakhi Sawant has come up with the idea of putting a ban on ceiling fans altogether.
According to a report, Rakhi recently held a press conference where she walked in carrying a ceiling fan in her hand and started off by saying that the fan is the root cause of suicide. The actress went on to request Prime Minister Narendra Modi to put a ban on ceiling fans.
She was quoted saying, “Banning ceiling fans is more important than chanting ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ because many daughters and daughters-in-law are committing suicide.”
She urged people to use a table fan or an air conditioner instead. She said, “Whoever loves their daughter, I appeal to them to remove fans from their homes. Instead, keep a table fan or an AC.”
