Ali Zafar talks about being compared with Fawad Khan
Fawad Khan and Ali Zafar are both Pakistani actors working with big names in Bollywood. While Fawad is currently making news with his film choices, Ali will be back on screen after a sabbatical in Dear Zindagi with Alia Bhatt.
In an interview with Bollywoodlife.com, when asked about being compared with Fawad, Ali was quoted saying, “It pleases me for a bigger reason: Since the time I came in, I just didn’t think of myself. I thought that I was just one person. There will have to be many like me who take this exchange of artistes between our two countries forward. And I feel very happy and glad that someone like Fawad is so well-received here. I hope more artistes come and receive that much love and vice-versa”.
The actor also appreciated Fawad for taking up the role of a differently oriented character in Kapoor & Sons.
