Who could he be referring to?
Aryan Khan, who bears a striking resemblance to his star father Shah Rukh, has never been out of limelight. And of late, whenever he’s in Mumbai, the star kid makes his presence felt be it at the high profile events, parties, or on social media, posing with his friends, showing off his physique and washboard abs. Recently, SRK’s buddy Karan Johar’s remark – ‘Aryan is like my son. So, if anyone has to launch him, it has to be me,’ also kind of triggered rumours that the acting bug has bitten Aryan and that he’s likely to take up acting as his career.
However, Shah Rukh, the doting dad, who’s always been there for his children – Aryan, daughter Suhana and youngest son, AbRam, cleared the rumours saying that he’s not too keen that his elder son enters B-Town at this point of time. “I’m very clear that my children have to first finish their education, they have to either be graduates or post graduates. I don’t believe in the launch at the age of 18 or 21, that is too young,” said Shah Rukh on a serious note.
He further adds, “They should work towards it, they should be creative, and first and foremost have passion and love for it. They should love acting. My father couldn’t act but I’m an actor because I’m passionate about it. So far Aryan has not shown interest in acting whereas my daughter likes to act, she is into theatre. Becoming actors for no reason and just because their families are part of it doesn’t make any sense. Some youngsters are there in the profession just because their father or mother was an actor and I find some of these star kids obnoxious on screen.”
