Mumbai, July 7 (IANS) Actor Karan V Grover, who is currently seen as Shaan in the popular TV show “Bahu Humari Rajni_kant”, says his dream is to play famous British spy James Bond.
“My dream role is to play James Bond. He is the epitome of heroism and coolness with women, guns and protecting the world. Now which man wouldn’t like to play James Bond,” Karan, who has appeared in shows like “Saarrthi”, “Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki” and “Hum Aapke Hain In Laws”, said in a statement.
“Bahu Humari Rajni_kant”, which is aired on Life OK, narrates the story of a genius and a female robot Rajni (played by Ridhima Pandit).

Khushboo Tawde’s new look in TV show inspired from ‘Piku’
Actress Khushboo Tawde, who will next be seen as Dr. Nandini in “Tere Bin”, says her character’s dressing style in the upcoming TV show has been inspired from Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone’s look in the 2015 comedy-drama film “Piku”.
“I have never played a doctor and such a complicated character earlier. Though it’s on the lines of Deepika’s look from ‘Piku’, I have tried to give a personal touch to my character — Dr. Nandini,” Khushboo, who has previously appeared in shows like “Tere Liye” and “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah”, said in a statement.
“Tere Bin”, which will also feature Gaurav Khanna and Shefali Sharma, will take viewers into the world of sacrifices and show what happens when you come across your first love after moving ahead in life.
The show will be aired on &TV starting from July 18.

Fan mistook Ishaani Sharma as Anushka Sharma
TV actress Ishaani Sharma, who is seen as Anokhi in TV show “Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyaar Kya Karein”, had a moment of surprise when a fan mistook her for Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma.
It happened when Ishaani was flying back to Mumbai from Indore after a city visit. A fan at the Mumbai airport mistook Ishani to be Anushka.
“I’m surprised how that fan mistook me to be Anushka Sharma as she is such a well-known actress in Bollywood and a fine performer,” Ishaani said in a statement.
“Nonetheless, I’m glad to have some resemblance with her,” she added.
Besides Ishaani, “Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyaar Kya Karein” aired on Star Plus, also features Varun Toorkey and Sudhir Pandey.
