There was a strong buzz that she was the highest paid actress in Bollywood
After the success of Tanu Weds Manu Returns, there were reports doing the rounds that Kangana Ranaut apparently charges a fee of Rs 11 crore. While the actress never denied the rumour, she was quoted saying, “I think my fee is justified”. This led people to say that she was probably the highest paid actress in Bollywood.
But according to a report in Spotboye, Kangana is apparently being paid only Rs 3 crore for Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
But reportedly both the lead actors in Rangoon, Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor, are also apparently charging the same amount.
