Major Showdown on Rocks On 2 Sets Between Arjun Rampal and Purab Kohli

The sequel to the popular film Rock On has come to a wrap now with the shooting of a song in Gateway of India. The musical drama that traces the lives of four friends and their love for rock music is a much awaited film as new actress Shraddha Kapoor joins actors Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli and Prachi Desai who reprise their original roles from the 2008 film. Though the film has come to a wrap,  a report in Mid Day revealed that as per the grapevine there was a major showdown between Arjun Rampal and Purab Kohli on the sets over creative differences.

 

A source revealed that the altercation brought the shooting to a halt for more than an hour. Says the source, “Purab and Arjun had a spat in front of the entire crew. When things got nasty, the two actors decided to make a quick exit from the location. The shoot came to a grinding halt following the episode.”

 

“Farhan was present on the sets and had a shot with both actors for a live concert sequence. So, when he got to know about the situation, he decided to speak to them separately and get it sorted. He met them in their respective vanity vans and managed to calm them down. The shoot then went smoothly with all three actors sharing the stage,” added the source.
