Only Meaningful Cinema For Salman Khan Henceforth?

 

Is old age catching up or is it just his inner artist yearning for meaningful work? Whatever it is, Bhai Salman Khan has expressed his desire to change his filmography! The superstar, best know for his commercial box office hits packed with macho action, has apparently had enough of those and will not do any more of the South remakes either.
Although, he is currently working on Sultan, Bhai has apparently told his friends that he now wants to make films that have some kind of message. A source said in an article in the Deccan Chronicle, “Salman gets a lot of offers for South remakes and action films but right now he is not keen on taking those up. He wants to do films with a message. Also he cannot give so many dates in bulk and action films require that. There are a lot of directors and producers waiting to work with him, but Salman cannot work for 100 to 150 days at a stretch on one project. He’s only doing it for Sultan as he had committed to it a long time ago.”
Besides Sultan, Bhai has also committed to several other projects which required blocking of dates till 2017. Hence, post 2017, Bhai will be seen in a new avatar as far as his films are concerned.
