Bollywood superstar Salman Khan attended the premiere of Farrey on Tuesday at the 54th International Film Festival of India in Goa. The film, presented by Salman Khan Films, stars Salman’s niece Alizeh Agnihotri, Sahil Mehta, Prasanna Bisht, Zeyn Shaw, Ronit Roy, Juhi Babbar Soni and Shilpa Shukla.

Salman, who walked the red carpet, stopped for a quick chat about Farrey. Talking about the film, Salman said Farrrey is about rich kids cheating to pass exams and make their parents proud.

Salman Khan also said that he never cheated in exams and added that the people around him did. He said, “I never used Farrey, but people sitting around me used them.” When asked if he complained, the actor said, “No, I helped them.”

Furthermore, Salman compared the time when he debuted and the time his niece Alizeh is debuting. He said, “The thing is that, when we came in, when I came in, when Shah Rukh came in, when Ajay, Akki, those were the films for generations. Now we don’t make films for generations.”

The actor was also asked about Alizeh’s debut, and he said, “Everyone is growing up, apart from me. Very soon, they are going to surpass me.”

When Salman Khan was asked about staying young and fit, the actor quipped, “It is very difficult. Very difficult. Every year I have to give up two bad things and incorporate two good things, which is very difficult.”

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar was also present at the premiere to support Team Farrey. The film will release in theatres on November 24.
