Param Singh rejuvenates himself with meditation
Actor Param Singh says he does meditation to keep himself calm and positive.
“I started with meditation very early in my life which has helped me a lot, especially to keep up with the daily craziness that bombards us from all directions. It puts me in my best mood and I don’t feel vulnerable to anything,” Param said in a statement.
“You can’t do a better job if you don’t take care of yourself and meditating is how I take care of myself. I believe meditation allows everything to unfold the way it should and keeps one calm and positive,” he added.
