People could hardly come to terms with the fact that this talented actor is no more and his death felt like a personal loss to many. Sushant would always be remembered as an actor who had created magic on screen. But for his friends, he was much more than that – he was a mentor and a friend who had always pushed them to do better.

Sushant was a very humble and down-to-earth guy and had many friends in the industry. No matter, wherever he had worked, he had always left the place with a handful of friends who still remember him. Parag Tyagi, who had played the role of Sushant’s brother-in-law in Pavitra Rishta, also shared a series of pictures from the days when they used to shoot for the television show. He misses him and says that Sushant’s name will always be there with us. He wrote, “You are not with us no more but your name will be here forever.. You will be loved forever.. Miss you mere bhai. Great men die but death can not kill their name ever” OM NAMAH SHIVAY!!!”

Dil Bechara will always remain special for SSR’s fans as that was Sushant’s last film. The director of Dil Bechara, Mukesh Chhabra took to his Instagram handle to share a series of pictures with the late actor and remembered him on his first death anniversary. He wrote, “Nothing seems to be the same. The void you left behind still remains. Here’s hoping I’ll see you once again. Miss you Brother.”

No one can deny that Sushant was an amazing actor. Bhumi Pednekar, who had starred opposite SSR in Sonchiriya took to her IG handle to share a post where she remembered her “neuron star”. She wrote, “Miss you, your questions and everything we spoke about. From the stars to the things unknown, you showed me the world like I had never seen it before. I hope you’ve found your peace my curious sweet SSR…Om Shanti. #forever #SSr #Peace #Neuronstar”

Sushant’s co-actor from Chhichore, Tahir Raj Bhasin, who was also his close friend took to his IG handle to share an IG story with a collage of the late actor. He wrote, “Remembering your insatiable curiosity and intelligence. Gone too soon. May you always remain interstellar.” Actor, Arjun Bijlani, Sushant’s friend from the television industry also shared an old picture with him and remembered him on his first death anniversary. He wrote, “You will always be alive in millions of hearts my friend. I’m sure your happy in your happy place.”
